Title

Our new series Transformative Futures creates spaces for us to gather together and tackle new, important ideas. There will be no moderators or author visits. We will meet for one and half hour to parse through challenging and urgent texts. We believe that radical books stimulate our imaginations to advance transformative futures. They expose structures of oppression and chart creative paths forward. Such books alter our understanding of historical events, amplify the voices of marginalized groups, and account for the costs of persecution and repression. Let's learn together.

+ The Transformative Futures reading series will also be meeting in-person in 3 cities: New York, Philadelphia and Johannesburg. Stay tuned for the details!
